Heart of Crisis aims to create a space for people to come together to meet, metabolise, and find common humanity in facing the unfolding crises of our times, in what it is to experience living inside systemic and cultural collapse and transfiguration.
We dive into the times we are living through together with courage and tenderness, supporting us to individually and communally meet key systemic, cultural, and civilisational themes with the aim of supporting individual and collective transition through the heart of crisis.
Heart of Crisis is a place for exploration, depth, curiosity, dialogue, individual and collective metabolism and metamorphosis.
MEET, METABOLISE, RESPOND.
Heart of Crisis aims to support people to work to support people to find agency in crisis and collapse by meeting the forces of our times, metabolising crisis, and sensing how we each want to respond.
MEET
We aim to meet the forces and pressure of our times, and support people to explore how they play out in our individual bodies, hearts and minds and in the spaces between us.
METABOLISE
We aim here to work with the seven fold fracture of our times (Heart of Crisis mapping), which aims to support people to begin to metabolise systemically and culturally the times we are living through together.
RESPOND
Through creating space to meet and metabolise crisis, we create a greater capacity and space to feel and enquire as to how we want to respond as part of the whole.

Windows 5,6,7 and 8 will be specifically worked with in person only. We believe that being in-person together with these themes, rather than in an online space is critical to our ability to meet these pieces, and we aim to work with experts in their individual fields to support the deepening of this work.
