Heart of Crisis is soul work for people who are actively engaged in, and asking the question of, how do we create from the cracks of our times?
It supports people, communities, and organisations to explore how we meet and metabolise what is falling apart, and how through this, we are more powerfully able to stand and engage, respond and create together.
We dive into the times we are living through together with courage and tenderness, supporting us to individually and communally meet key systemic, cultural, and civilisational themes with the aim of supporting individual and collective transition through the heart of crisis.
Heart of Crisis is a place for exploration, depth, curiosity, dialogue, individual and collective metabolism and metamorphosis.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
From paralysis to creative and ecosystemic engagement
Meeting the Heart of Crisis is an elemental, metamorphic process, that deepens and acts as a spiral over time.
Heart of Crisis aims to support people to work to support people to find agency in crisis and collapse by meeting the forces of our times, metabolising crisis, and sensing how we each are moved to respond.
MEET
We aim to meet the forces and pressure of our times, and support people to explore how they play out in our individual bodies, hearts and minds and in the spaces between us.
METABOLISE
We aim here to work with the seven fold fracture of our times (Heart of Crisis mapping), which aims to support people to begin to metabolise systemically and culturally the times we are living through together.
ENGAGE
Through creating space to meet and metabolise crisis, we create a greater capacity and space to feel and enquire as to how we want to engage as part of the whole.
CREATE
At the core of our work, is supporting people to actively become creators of the world we do want to live in together, and supporting people to become actively engaged in creating from heart, and from the cracks of crisis.
WINDOWS IN THE RUBBLE
Heart of Crisis works through exploring what we call Windows in the Rubble.
We work here exploratively to dive into the oceans and fires of our times in a way that is supportive of individual and collective digestion.
Working with Windows in the Rubble, shifts the format of a workshop or a course away from a formula, and into active participation with our world.
Here, we support communities and organisations to explore which windows they are most curious about and feel most alive for exploration, and then from here, we work in diving together into each window, as explorers of the times we are living through together.
In this we, we hope to create a supportive way of meeting crisis, one piece at a time, making crisis hopefully a little easier to digest.
